NOAA 16. RGB=321. Registro térmico en el cráter del Popo. |
TODAY 18 YEARS OF STARTED THIS ACTIVITY INTERVAL.
The latest report from Cenapred (National Center for Disasters Prevention) indicate 77 events, some of them with ash. During the past days, in Puebla city had fallen ash and we expect new events with ash and also could be, melting rock falling and rolling around crater. Unfortunately, there is not systems for early watch to people living around volcano. This morning (see below) an important event was registered, one and half hour after, small accounts of ash was registered at SE of volcano. Here is important remembering that crater is more of half capacity full with volcanic debris. Small events could cause fragments falling toward volcano slopes and events with major energy could cause piroclastic fluxes. The routes and special signals with instructions are destroyed, non official work with people had been development.
